In 2007, he hit a fellow training parter, Matthew Rex, when driving after a party, it was Rex's birthday party and they had all been drinking and illegal drugs may have been in their systems too. He has been found guilty for aggravated driving without due care and leaving the scene of an accident in relation to the crash. See here for more
